No, Regis Salons ships only in the UK.
You may return to their warehouse any unopened, sealed, and unused products which you have ordered through this website, within 14 days of delivery. Regis Salons will refund you in full for the price you paid for the products but you will be liable for any applicable delivery and return charges.
Regis Salons will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products. If you returned the products to them because they were faulty or misdescribed, they will refund the price of a defective product in full and, any applicable reasonable delivery charges you incur in returning the item to them.
Orders dispatched using our next-day delivery service will have an accompanying tracking reference in your order confirmation email.
To cancel an order please contact Regis Customer Services. If they have already despatched your order and taken payment you will need to follow the Returns Policy to return the order and receive a refund.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed it is not possible to amend it. If you have any queries about your order please contact Regis Customer Services.
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Regis Salons will issue the appropriate refund. Regis Salons aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
