Yes, you can pick out your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Make sure you enter this address during the checkout process. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organization in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
Once your order is dispatched you will get an email with a link to the courier’s website and tracking number to allow you to view up-to-date tracking on your order. Deliveries can be made at any time between 7.00 am and 9.00 pm. You will require a signature at the time of receiving the item. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery and collect it.
Unfortunately, they cannot exchange an item for a different colour or style at this time as the product reference is completely different. They can only exchange an item for a different size (same style/colour), for a full refund, or for a refund in the form of a credit note.
If you would like to try a different style/colour, you would simply need to return your item(s) to them for a refund. With your refund (either in the form of a credit note or back to your account), you can simply order the desired pair on their website. Also, you'll receive an email from them as soon as your refund is processed, that way you'll know exactly when you can proceed with your new order.
You have 30 days period from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund or an exchange. Returns are free of charge and you will get all information on how to return an item on the Rubbersole website.
If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable Rubbersole to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Rubbersole will issue the appropriate refund. Rubbersole aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
