Smiggle accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.
Are the prices online the same in-store?
They endeavour to keep their prices consistent throughout their stores and online. Occasionally, their pricing may be different online to in-store, due to special promotions, etc. that are only available in one channel.
What is the refund policy?
They like to make you smile and giggle. In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind, they will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:
*The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase and;
*The item has not been used and is in the original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
Can I change or cancel my order after I click ‘Place Order’?
Unfortunately, orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once you click ‘place order’. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you can return or exchange it via their online store or your nearest Smiggle store. See their Returns & Exchange page for further information.
What happens after I place my order?
They will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. They may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order. Once they despatch your order they will send you a despatch email confirming details of your tracking.
