What is your returns policy?

Stanfords will accept back all goods that have been purchased from them and that are returned in good condition within 14 days. They will also accept back all goods that are faulty (faulty goods must be reported to Stanfords within 48 hours of goods being delivered. Faulty goods reported after this period would be addressed at their discretion) or that are deemed by you to be not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or not matching their description, regardless of whether the product has been used or not. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
