Return Policies apply to shipped products only.
They trust you will be satisfied with your Strat-O-Matic purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory within 30 days of your purchase, you may return the products for a refund. No return authorization is needed. Note for items that have been Pre-Ordered, you have 30 days within receipt of the merchandise to return it. The merchandise should be mailed back to them at their address. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. They recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method like UPS or FedEx. No refunds are given on shipping and processing charges. Customized items cannot be returned. Strat-O-Matic will not process any returns or exchanges outside of this 30 day period.
Strat-O-Matic will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (minus shipping and processing charges but including sales tax) within 30 days of the date merchandise has been returned to Strat-O-Matic.
Should your shipment be damaged in transit please contact Strat-O-Matic customer service at customerservice@strat-o-matic.com or 1-800-645-3455 immediately so that they may open up a damage claim with UPS or USPS.
If your shipment is incomplete and is missing items you should have received please contact Strat-O-Matic Customer Service so that they can remedy the shipping error and send out your missing items as soon as possible.
Please contact them within 30 days of receipt for damaged/incomplete packages.
In the event the customer requests a refund due to non-delivery for any reason after they have shipped out the package, they cannot provide the refund until they receive the package back from the shipping service. If you would like the package to be re-shipped, another shipping charge will need to be collected before the parcel can be sent out. Even though the package was unclaimed, shipping services do not refund the shipping charges.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or sold out. A refund or credit for the out of stock item will be applied for you in this case.
