The higher the reserve rating, the longer your vehicle can operate should your alternator or fan belt fail.
The best way to safely dispose of your battery is to take it to a municipal or council recycling facility.
If you feel the battery has failed and a warranty replacement is required, please read their “Warranty” Section before returning the battery. Having read and applied the instructions and information from the “Warranty” section then proceed to return the battery in the following way. Package the items securely and send them to them with the original invoice. The Battery Guys recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. After a faulty battery is confirmed they will pay to ship a replacement back to you, but where no fault is found, unlike some companies they don't charge a test fee but The Battery Guys do have to charge carriage back to you at cost. Any non-faulty items not collected within 3 months will be disposed of.
