How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped they will supply you with a tracking number via email. You can use that tracking number to check on the status of your shipment. Here are the links to each individual tracking site. DPD | Royal Mail.
Do I have to sign for the parcel?
All orders they send out will require a signature. If you are not in to sign for your goods the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to re-arrange delivery or collect your goods in person. If the goods are not collected and they are returned to them they can arrange to re-send them but there will be a charge for this.
How long will it take the money to be back in my account?
Once your return is received and the refund is processed it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to be shown in your bank account, depending on your bank. Paypal refunds, should you have paid with Paypal can take up to 7 days to show in your Paypal account.
Due to the volume of returns, they receive they cannot confirm receipt of your return. If you need to know it has been received they suggest sending your item back via recorded delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order that is fine. They don’t require a reason but please get in contact with ASAP. When canceling an order it is best to contact them by phone. As long as your orders haven’t already shipped they will cancel your order and refund you at the time of your call. If you cancel your order via email it may take them slightly longer to respond and on some occasions orders ship before this information is seen. If your order ships before you had a chance to cancel it you can return the goods to them as a regular return.
