The Clymb delivers to the limited countries that are available during the checkout process.
When will my order ship?
There is an estimated ship date for each item featured on The Clymb. You can find the estimated ship date below the product description on the product page and on your cart at checkout. If you have multiple items in your cart, each estimated ship date will be shown. Depending on the level of shipping service selected you can expect the product/order to arrive as follows: Standard Ground (4-7 business days), Fast (2 business days), Faster (1 Business Day). All ship days are from the date you receive the tracking number which will be sent via email. Upon receipt of the tracking number you can then track the progress of the order online.
How can I track my order?
Once the order ships, a tracking number will appear in your account. To find the tracking number, click on the “My Account” tab in the top-right corner of any page. Then click the “My Orders” tab and locate the product you would like to track. Click the order number to find your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
The Clymb is committed to shipping orders as fast as possible. Therefore, once you hit Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order, you have the option to return it within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Please see their Returns Policy for more information.
What is your return policy?
The Clymb accept returns on most apparel, gear, and footwear. All non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product and checkout pages. The Clymb must receive your return within 90 days of the date they shipped it to you. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and with the original product tags. Please ship your return back to them without damaging the original packaging. For instance, if you order a pair of shoes, do not use that shoebox as the shipping box. Instead, ship the shoebox in an additional box so as not to damage the original packaging. You will receive a refund or store credit for your returned items.
