The Eyelash Emporium send all orders via tracked, signed-for or guaranteed postage. The shipping options available to you will be shown at checkout and are calculated by the weight of the items in your basket.
When will my order dispatch?
The Eyelash Emporium aim to process and dispatch orders within one day of receiving the order but at busy times – specifically during sale periods, please be aware this can take longer.
Can I amend my order?
If you wish to amend your order, they will do all they can help you. However, you must contact them as soon as possible after placing your order. For an order amendment please call or email their customer service team.
What is your return policy?
You must return your order within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact them either by email or phone in writing to explain the problem with your item and notify them of the return. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by recorded delivery. Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.
