The Fish Society provides services Worldwide but currently, due to COVID, they offer their services within the United Kingdom.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Call them on 01428 687768 at noon on the day before your delivery date.
Can I amend my order or delivery date?
Yes, and they can also change your delivery address, if necessary. Order amendments cannot be dealt with online – you will need to call them on 01428 687768. The Fish Society cannot amend items in order on the date of dispatch that is the day before you have chosen to have your order delivered. They would be happy to make changes to your order before the date of dispatch.
What is the return policy for The Fish Society?
You cannot return frozen or chilled items to them. If you wish to return other items for any reason other than it not being of satisfactory quality, you may do so at your own expense. They will refund the cost on return to them in good condition within ten days.
