How can I track my order?
Package tracking information, including package carrier and tracking number, will be delivered via email at the time of shipment to the email address provided to them on your order during checkout. All orders receive shipping with delivery confirmation up to the point of delivery. What if I receive a damaged item?
If an item you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, they will be glad to issue you a replacement of the same product via priority shipping at no cost to you. Please contact their Customer Service team to get started with this process and have your replacement item mailed to you. Please do not mail your defective item back to us before contacting their Customer Service team, as they will not be able to refund your cost of shipping if you mail the item yourself.

The Insole Store must receive a product back at their warehouse before they will be able to proceed with any request for refund or exchange, and the cost of international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
