When will my order ship?
The Styled Collection process and ship orders from their Chicago Fulfillment Center Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase unless otherwise noted. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, The Styled Collection will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly if you did not receive the shipping email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking “My Account” and then “My Orders.”
How do I ship my return back to you?
If your item/ items are eligible for Return (non- sale item). Your package will include a pre-paid return label so you can easily send us your purchase. If you did not receive the label, you can email them at [email protected] The Styled Collection is NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. The Styled Collection do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please address all returns to:

Did you receive my return yet?
You will receive an email notification from THE STYLED COLLECTION when The Styled Collection process your refund. Please allow up to 15 days for your package to arrive and their Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about their return policy, visit the Returns page.
How do I initiate a return?
Enter your email address in the box above to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return Label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.
How will I receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at their Fulfillment Center. The Styled Collection appreciate your patience while they work quickly to fully process your return. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
