What payment methods do you accept?
The Sunday Times Wine Club accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Where do you deliver?
You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). Unfortunately, they are not able to deliver to Hospitals, PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
The Sunday Times Wine Club will send you an e-mail once your order has been despatched, you can track it by following the link supplied in the email or you can check your order online, by logging in to your account and clicking on order history.
How do I change or amend my order details?
If your order hasn’t left their warehouse yet they may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact their Customer Services team on 03330 142 776 for further advice.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order you will need to call their Customer Services team on 03330 142 776 and they will do their best to stop your order from arriving. If this is not possible, they will arrange a collection.
