When will I receive my order?
For the majority of our products, they strive to get them to you the next working day, as long as you order before 5:00 pm. They estimate ‘Special Order’ items to be between 4-21 working days. A more accurate date will be confirmed by email.
How much does delivery cost?
For orders above £75 (ex vat) delivery will be free! If your order is below £40 (ex vat) the delivery charge will be £8.25 unless the delivery is to Highlands & Islands which are £30.00. If the order is between £40 and £74.99 (ex vat) carriage will be £5.25 unless the delivery is to Highlands & Islands which are £30.00 and Furniture items which are £40.00 (excluding office chairs).
What time will the delivery be?
Delivery will be made in business hours 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM, your parcel will need to be signed for so you will need to make yourself available within this time frame. They do this to ensure the security of your parcel and to make sure it isn’t signed for by a complete stranger. If no one’s available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a contact number for you to arrange a suitable date for re-delivering your order. They will then reattempt delivery on the day you requested after which there is a chance that your goods will be returned to them and your order canceled. In this case, they will refund you the cost of purchase less a £3.99 administration charge. This covers carriage charges and restocking fees.
How do I return an item?
Contact them on 0113 391 1107 to arrange a collection of the unwanted product. A courier will collect the item within 48hrs. If there is nothing physically wrong with the product you may be subject to a 20% handling/collection charge.
Do we offer an exchange service?

You will receive full credit for the value of the goods, on the basis that they are returned to them in a re-saleable condition with the original product packaging intact’ You will need to order and pay for the replacement item at the same time.
How long until I get my refund?
If the product is not required they will issue a refund as soon as they have the goods back in their depot, on the basis that they are returned to them in a re-saleable condition with the original product packaging intact. If your item is faulty or has been miss-picked and you decide you don’t want a replacement, your refund will go through the very same day.
