Standard UK Delivery If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.

If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to their warehouse.

Next Day Delivery If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour and will obtain a signature.

Your carrier will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left.

You can contact your carrier to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (standard delivery) or on the designated day (next day delivery), and they have not advised you of a delay to your order, please Contact them.

For online purchases: You have 28 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund, either to a store or by post with your despatch note as proof of purchase.

For store purchases: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund to any TK Maxx store with your receipt as proof of purchase.

Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged with a receipt/gift receipt for goods or a TK Maxx/ Homesense gift card for the same value.

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove/tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under their returns policy.

The refund will go back onto the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days. If you paid using your PayPal balance, you will be refunded back to your PayPal balance.

They are sorry but they can't offer an exchange as part of tehir returns process for items purchased online.

If you are returning something and want the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and they will process your return according to their returns policy as soon as they receive it.
