I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
They want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to them and they’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back at their warehouse.

I’ve canceled my order, when will my money be available again?
If they’ve confirmed a cancellation on your order, they won’t have taken any money for the order.
I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
They may have sent your items in separate parcels so please allow more time for each parcel to arrive. If an item is missing, please contact their Customer Service team with the order number and the missing item’s name and product number. They will resolve the issue for you as quickly as they can.
Can you provide me with a VAT Invoice?
They have made changes to their confirmation emails to include their VAT number. This can be used in place of an invoice to calculate VAT costs.

When will I be charged?
They will charge you once your order has been dispatched from their warehouse. However, as soon as you place the order, your payment provider will reserve the funds ready for them to take. You may notice the amount on your bank statement with a ‘Pending’ or ‘Reserved’ status. This will change once they have confirmed all of the items have been sent and only then will the funds will be taken.
