Tony Bianco accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express and PayPal.
When will my order be shipped?
Once Tony Bianco receives your order, they go and find the shoes, pack them neatly and then hand them to one of their carriers - this usually happens on the next business day. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive a tracking notification to the email address used to place your order, once your order is dispatched. Your email will contain the tracking ID and a link to track with the relevant postal carrier.
What is the returns policy?
Full priced items can be returned for a change of mind refund, exchange or store credit. If you purchase a full-priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund. Markdown items with a red price can be returned for a change of mind exchange or store credit only unless deemed faulty. Australian orders can be returned within 14 days and international orders within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of their return postage unless deemed faulty by Tony Bianco’s team.
How will I be refunded & when will I receive my refund?
Tony Bianco will aim to refund you as quickly as possible once they receive and assess your return. This process may take between 3-5 business days. They will keep you informed the entire way, from when they receive your return through to when the refund/exchange/online credit has taken place.
