Too Faced accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
How do I track my order?
Create an account and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the products you already love.
What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by going to My Account at the top of the page and selecting Sign In where you can sign in to your account to view your order status and history. You can also click the link on your order confirmation email.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account tab at the top of the page.
How do change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call them immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, they are unable to modify the contents or cancel your order. Too Faced apologize for any inconvenience and will do their best to help.
How do I return something?
Please contact their customer service team. Their Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. They are sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on toofaced.com may be returned. For purchases at all other retailers, including ULTA Beauty, Sephora, Macy’s, and Sephora Inside JC Penney, please see specific retailer return policies.
