What is the payment method?
TourRadar accepts payment by PayPal, debit cards and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your tour, cancellation terms and conditions are applicable. In most cases deposits are non-refundable. The additional cancellation fees generally depend upon how close to departure you cancel your tour. TourRadar is bound by the terms and conditions of the tour operator agreed upon at the time of booking. TourRadar does NOT charge any additional cancellation fees and will process any applicable refunds accordingly in case of cancellation. They highly recommend that when purchasing your travel insurance policy that you find out if your policy covers you in the event you have to cancel your booking making sure you know in what events they will cover you.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy can vary depending on the tour operator, to see the cancellation policy please see ‘Terms & Conditions’ on the Book Now page. If your booking has already been confirmed you can see this in the bottom right-hand corner of your booking conversation page.
When will I receive a refund?
Please be aware that TourRadar is bound by the cancellation terms and conditions of the tour operator, so they will only be able to refund the amount that the tour operator dictates as applicable to your canceled booking. TourRadar does not charge additional cancellation fees so will always refund any amount that the tour operator deems as applicable in case of cancellation. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on the speed of your bank to process refunds.
