Yes. Tracie Martyn ships Internationally.
Do you charge sales tas?
Yes. You are responsible for any possible taxes and duties collected in their country—these will not be included in your final payment to Tracie Martyn.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Tracie Martyn is unable to modify any orders after they’ve been shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please email [email protected]
to track the status of your order and determine whether or not you can make any changes. In most cases, orders are processed the following business day and are unable to be cancelled if not notified in time.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Tracie Martyn takes the utmost pride in creating skincare with only the best, safest ingredients. But if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to [email protected]
with your return request. They will gladly accept returns within 30 days. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. While they are happy to refund or replace your product, they will not be able to refund shipping charges. Tracie Martyn do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
