Training-Fit accepts all the major Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe.

Training-Fit does not offer direct exchanges of items in terms of size, color, or the product itself. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item using their returns procedure, then place a new order for the desired item in the correct size or color. Once they have received and processed the return, they will process the corresponding refund.

If you have received your order and notice that it has been damaged in transit, please contact them within 4 working days (upon receipt of your order). After this time, they will not process your claim. To do so, please send them a message via their contact form, giving them as much information as possible about the elements involved in receiving your order. Please also provide them with visible photos of the following items:

If your request is complete, and after examination of the parts, their customer service department will send you a reply within 48 working hours. If not, an additional response time may apply.

Once your return request has been accepted, you have 15 days to send the items back to the following address:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a return procedure.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and with its label intact. Buyers are asked not to remove the labels or soil the items.

If, for any reason, the original packaging is no longer available and you wish to return an item, please contact them immediately for further instructions.

All refunds are made within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt of the return.
