How long do I have to return an unwanted/Faulty item?
You have 21 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to them, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify them of such fault but they will deal with any fault thereafter on a case by case basis.
What happens if I want to exchange an item for a more/less expensive item?
If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can either call for them to take further payment or advise them to rebill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.
How do I return an item?
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation or return. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
* You must tell them you to wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the goods;
*In any event, you may not cancel orders for perishable goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalized goods;
* The goods must be returned to them within 21 days of your telling them you wish to cancel:
*With both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
*Securely wrapped;
*Including their delivery slip;
*At your risk and cost.
* After they have received the goods, they will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
* If you do not return the goods to them, you are still liable to them for the cost.
*They are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if they do, their costs will be payable by you.
