Can I cancel an order?

The cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed. If you are still on the order receipt page, look at the bottom left of the page under "Need to make changes", and click "Let us know". A timer shows next to the link, to let you know how much time you have left to cancel the order. Otherwise, simply go to your ACCOUNT and access your ORDER HISTORY. You'll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear in the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled. Note: Please note that for the prompt delivery, they begin making your product an hour after the order has been placed. They are unable to reverse/adjust the order after that.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

At Truprint, they appreciate that some of their customers may be interested in a bulk order (for businesses only). The best way for them to support you is via their parent company, Harrier Print. If you are a business interested in their products then please feel free to contact them with your requirements and they will ensure you get an order you are delighted with! Please note, they require ‘ready to print’ artwork (sizing can be advised). It is not possible to build a product on the Truprint site then use it for your bulk order with Harrier Print. The method of payment is via a credit account (forms can be provided) or full payment in advance. Where do I apply my code(s)?

Once you have created your products and gone through to the cart you'll see a box in the bottom left-hand side on the screen a box where you can enter your promo code and click APPLY and your new discounted price will appear.
