What is the return/refund policy?
Turmerry stand behind the integrity of our merchandise, and if for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase date for an even exchange or a full refund. If they are washed or worn we issue store credit. Returns for online purchases are processed within 10 business days of receipt at their distribution centre. If any of your items arrive damaged, they are more than happy to replace them within 30 days of your order. Please fill out the form here to initiate your return or exchange.
What is the 1-year warranty for bedding products?
Beginning on the date of purchase, all other products like bedding sheet sets, duvet covers, pillows, throws, protectors, etc. are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Turmerry warrants that it will replace, at the company’s discretion, your product should it be determined to contain a defect. No warranty coverage shall be in effect for any products that contain any burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discolouration that occur over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke, and other unnatural odours), and dampness or mould. This warranty also does not cover comfort preference and normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
How to file a claim?
To file a claim under this warranty, please submit a request here. Evidence of a defect and proof of purchase must be included. The address for returns will vary depending on the products and will be provided to you once Turmerry has reviewed your submission and determines that there is in fact a defect covered in this warranty.
These limited warranties will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
