How do I track my orders?
Two ways once your goods are sent:
* Check their automatic email notification; or
* Sign in to your account and view the tracking code.
Why haven’t I received the order confirmation email/shipping notification message from TVC-MALL?
If you placed an order as a guest instead of registering with them in the first place, you will not receive it as guest checkout does not require that you provide a contact email address.
If you placed an order with a registered account and still didn’t receive their emails, please check your email trash box and spam folder. If still nothing, please contact their sales related to your order.
What can I do with defective items?
They need pictures or video to confirm if they are truly defective. After confirmation, you can get a full refund, or ask for sending them again or combining them to the next new order. As compensation, they may give a discount on your next order.
What is the TVC-MALL return policy?
For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 3 days and the product is still in brand new condition and with its original packaging, you can return it to them (need send back all parts) for a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Why does it take so long to get a refund?
Normally, it takes about 5-20 working days to receive it in your bank account. Please wait patiently for the refund. Please contact your issuing bank for further information.
