What is the payment method?
ubup accepts bank transfer and PayPal.
When will my order arrive?
ubup ship insured via DHL. They will provide you with a DHL tracking number after shipping. Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-2 working days.
When will I receive my confirmation email?
As soon as your shipment has left ubup warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to DHL shipment tracking.
I want to change something about my order. Is that possible?
A change to your order is only possible during the ordering process. As soon as the order has been completed and paid for, this is no longer possible, as all data has already been sent to ubup shipping department and they are already handling your order. However, you can return the items free of charge as soon as you have received them.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have not yet made a payment, the order will automatically be cancelled after two weeks. For a direct cancellation, please send an email to wirhelfen@ubup.com. ubup will then cancel the order for you. As soon as you have completed and paid for the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
How do I get a refund for my return?
If you have initiated your return via the return portal, you can choose whether you want to receive the reimbursement for the complained article on the way you paid (PayPal / bank transfer) or prefer to have a credit for your next order. If you choose the credit, you will receive a new but voucher with a small bonus. If you have already used a voucher when ordering (with the exception of promotional vouchers), you will automatically receive the reimbursement via voucher.
ubup will refund the return as soon as they have received and processed your returned items.
How long do I have to return items?
ubup want you to be happy with your order. You can try on the items in peace as long as you don’t remove the ubup labels. You can now return the items to them free of charge within 60 days of receiving the goods. ubup usual return period is 30 days.
