How long will it take to receive my order?
Ulubulu promise to process your order within 72 hours from confirmation. This does not mean it will be delivered to your door in that time. It means they will have your product packaged, a shipping label assigned and ready for carrier pickup within 72 hours or sooner. Depending on which shipping method you choose, it may spend 2-5 business days in transit with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
*If you are returning merchandise for a refund/exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to them. Unfortunately, they cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges, that have already been incurred.
*Ulubulu do not accept returns on any Personalized item. Due to the sensitive nature of the product, they are unable to accept any returns exchanges.
*If the return is due to their mistake for any reason, they’ll pay for return shipping and provide a return label via email.
*Understandably, “free” gifts with purchase, maybe charged retail price, if all items purchased are “returned” except the “free” gift w/purchase.
*Marked Closeout/non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of the same item.

*An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, their standard return policy applies.
*Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
