What is the payment method?
Vênoor accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, and Klarna.
How does the shipping process work?
Your order is processed, and the team will determine if it is in stock or is made to order. In-stock items go straight to their dispatch team, a delivery route is planned, and their delivery partner will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery date. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces they will advise you of an estimated timeline, allowing for 2-4 weeks buffer for any issues in the making or shipping.
How long will you take to deliver my order?
It depends on the item and your location. Much of their stock is available now, ready for immediate dispatch. Vênoor endeavour to get these items on the delivery truck the very next day with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days after you’ve placed your order. For made-to-order and custom bespoke pieces this will be between 6-12 weeks on average. All of their pre-order and new arrival pieces have specific delivery times listed on their product pages.
What if an item is damaged or I’m not happy with it?
If the piece is damaged or you are dissatisfied in any way before signing for it, you have the right to refuse the order. In this case, the item will be immediately returned to them and you will be issued a full refund. Please see their Return and Refund Policy for more information. If you spot something wrong or are unhappy with it after the delivery team have left, please get in touch with them straight away to discuss it. Vênoor can usually offer you a refund but you will be subject to delivery and collection costs. In either case, please ensure that the item is secured in its original packaging and in its original condition.
If I change my mind – can I return my order?
Vênoor hope that you love your new purchase, but if you change your mind, they accept returns within 14 days, provided the product is in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all of its literature and pieces. There are however no returns on sale/ex-display items unless the item is damaged. To arrange a return please contact [email protected]

How long do your refunds take to reach me?
Refunds may take 3 to 5 days or several days to process as they can only start to process a refund once they have received and inspected the product. If an item is not reported as damaged, and they discover damages upon arrival, you may be found liable for the damages and your refund will be affected. If a refund is not received, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time to process before a refund is officially posted on your bank account.
