How can I amend/cancel my order?

What if I receive a damaged/defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] Please supply the order number, item number, photo of defect products and return reason from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. VENTOLATION.COM will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

Do you provide custom tax and duties?
Orders within the United States will be charged accordingly any Duties and Taxes stipulated by the State in which the purchase was made. These charges will be applied upon purchasing the goods. Any customs or import duties outside the United States are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, they have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
What is your return policy?
They take pride in their reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, they will assist you with a prompt refund. Ventolation returns will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in original package, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. No returns can be made on FINAL SALE items. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to their online store.
