What is the payment method?
Vestiaire Collective accepts Debit/Credit Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, CB, and American Express.
How long does the seller have to ship my order?
Sellers have 30 days to send their items to Vestiaire Collective so that they can be verified by their Quality Control Experts. Once the sale is made, Vestiaire Collective contact the seller to ask them to send their items as quickly as possible. Then, they send reminders after 7, 14, and 21 days following the sale.
What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
The carrier is unable to deliver your item(s) as you weren’t at home or they couldn’t locate your address. Your consignment will be returned to them.
How can I track my package dispatched?
Your item was certified as genuine by their team and it is then handed over to the carrier. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of the item.
How can I track my refund?
They will process your refund. This will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Due to interbank transfer times, it should reach your account within 24 to 72 hours.
Is it safe to send my personal information?

For information on sales payments transferred directly to your bank account or via Paypal, go to your personal space:

Then select the year you are after, and click on “download”.
Why am I being asked to verify my identity?
The reason they need their Sellers to verify their identity is to keep their international community and their payments safe and secure. Providing them with a copy of your valid, government-approved ID means they ensure that no one, except you, links your payment information (like your bank account or credit/debit card) to your Vestiaire Collective account.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?/b]
This means your order is currently being checked by their anti-fraud partner. This check protects its sellers and takes a maximum of 48 hours. They might contact you for supporting documents that will help them verify you’re the owner of the bank card associated with the payment of your order.
