Why isn’t my discount code working?
Watermans are sorry to hear your code isn’t working; please make sure you’re not trying to use multiple codes per order and that your item isn’t excluded. To double-check, look over their list of exclusions.
What is the procedure for redeeming a discount code?
When you’ve discovered all of the things you want, click ‘My Basket.’ Below your list of things, you’ll find a box that says ‘Got a discount code?’ Put it in this box.’ To apply the discount, enter your discount code in this box and click “Add.” If the code doesn’t work, make sure you’re not trying to use it with more than one offer and that none of the goods is on their list of exclusions.

How do I cancel my order?
Select the order that you wish to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. Watermans will send you an email within an hour to let you know if the cancellation worked. If it fails, this is because the order is getting ready to be sent. Items that are in stock are processed quickly so that Watermans can aim to get products to their customers without delay. You can visit Watermans Returns Policy to help you get the order back to them instead.
I have received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you’ve received your order damaged, please don’t throw the item away, Watermans may ask for pictures of the damage to ensure they take measures to prevent it from happening again. As soon as they’ve looked into what went wrong, Watermans will let you know what they plan to do next by sending you an email.
What is the returns policy?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Watermans of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post).
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and Watermans will send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received their email, then you’ll need to contact Watermans Customer Service team.
