What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, Wildfox accepts all credit cards, Paypal, and Wildfox.com gift cards.
When will I receive my order?
If an order is placed before 12 PM PST, it will be processed and shipped out that day. If your order is placed after this cut off time, it will be processed the next day. You will be emailed shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order is cancelled, you will be informed immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. Wildfox promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?
The money will appear back in your account within 48 business hours.
I received my order and it is incorrect. What do I do?

as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return the form to send back your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
