They’re super confident about the quality of their furniture, that’s why they offer a 25-year wood frame guarantee on all their items and a 10-year guarantee on all their sofa bed and bed mattresses. In addition, they offer Staingard Protection. This covers your item for 5 years against accidental spills, stains, marks and damage such as wine spillages, tea disasters, tears, pet scratches and much more.
They accept all major credit, debit and American Express cards. You can also pay using their 0% finance.
Yes, no problem. They offer 6 or 12 months 0% Interest-Free Credit on all purchases of £1,500 and above.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed any changes (different sizes, different fabric, different seat cushion choices and so forth) means that they will need to cancel your original order and replace the new order for you with any changes. Please note that this also means the delivery lead time of 4-5 weeks will reset based on the new order date.
