Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. They ship Internationally.
Which service do you use to deliver?
Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and take place on Monday to Saturday (or other normal working weekdays in countries that do not follow a Monday-Friday working week), excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for.
How to return an item?
Please complete the form included in your order, including the reason code. Repack the item you wish to return in original packaging. Be sure to enclose your return form. Be certain to save the top portion of the packing slip for your records. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused and contain all original tags and accessories.
What if I received faulty/damaged item?
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should refer to our Return & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

How to international returns & exchange policy?
Wilsons Leather accept international returns if your request is within 90 days of receipt of delivery. Wilsons Leather does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.
Wilsons Leather does not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on Wilsons Leather. NOTE: Applicable VAT tax or other duties and fees, as well as shipping, will be charged on the replacement item.
If they make an error and send you an incorrect or damaged item, they will cover all costs to ship the replacement. In this case please contact them within 7-business days of receipt of your order. NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if they are not contacted within the 7-business day window. Wilsons Leather is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to ensure receipt of your delivery.
