How can I change a product or a date in my order?
Once you have placed your order it will be saved and you will not be able to change it. However, they can make some changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact their Customer Service team who will be able to make any changes for you if possible.
What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery time?
If your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery, DHL will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, DHL will leave a note on the door with the package’s tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest DHL agency. It will be up to your gift recipient to contact DHL and schedule an appointment for delivery.

Can you provide proof of delivery?
A delivery receipt notification is emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery.
Where is my order and when will it be delivered?
Please check the DHL tracking information sent to you upon shipment. They will also keep you informed by email of the progress of your package each step of the way from the time they ship your order until final delivery.
Do your chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat?
None of their gourmet chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat except the “Amore” chocolate heart for which coloring agent E120 contains traces of animal fat.
