My Item Is Faulty, What Do I Do?
If you suspect that your item is faulty, please get in contact with their Customer Services Team, they will be very happy to assist.
How long will It takes for my order to arrive?
First class orders within the UK usually take 24 hours to arrive from the dispatch date but sometimes in busy periods can take up to 5 working days. Second class orders within the UK can take anywhere from 3-7 working days. Overseas orders usually arrive within 5-12 working days, however, please be aware that this can take longer than anticipated, due to delays during transit.

Zest Beauty accepts major debit/credit cards, Amex, PayPal.
What is the return policy?
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. These must be returned to Zest Beauty within 14 days, starting from the day on which you received your order. To start the cancellation, you must first notify Zest Beauty using the contact them section on their website within those 14 days. Upon safe receipt on the items, you will then be entitled to a refund from them, which will be paid back into your account as soon as possible, but in any event within 10 working days.
