• Once a sample has been received at Living DNA’s lab it can be stored for up to 21 days unactivated. If your sample is unactivated for more than 21 days after it arrives at the lab, it will be destroyed. Living DNA will replace a destroyed sample with a new kit, at the cost of the kit and shipping. You will have a choice between standard and premium shipping, the costs of which will be confirmed by the customer services team for you before you make your decision.
• Living DNA accounts department will be notified to process your refund once you have given Living DNA notice of cancellation. This will not include the additional cost of any premium delivery service charged to you at your request.
