Which cards are accepted for payment?
Craft Gin Club accepts VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. The payment will be set up as a recurring charge and is not a direct debit. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept prepaid debit or credit cards.
I’m missing an item in my box. What do I do?
Oh no! They are sorry to hear that you’re missing an item! Their box design varies from month to month, so they would advise that you check for the ‘separate’ compartment at one end of the box - it might look like just the bottom of the box when you look inside, but it’s there to protect your treats! Can I return my box?
Sure! As long as your box is unopened or in a resell-able condition, you can return it to them. Please contact them at [email protected]
to arrange further or simply refuse the delivery of the box. Please note that they can only offer a free of charge return if you’ve been in contact with them and created the prepaid return label through the link provided by our membership team.
Can I get a refund?
Once the order has been processed on the 24th, they are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to them unopened or in a resell-able condition. As their subscription boxes are a surprise to all members, they are unable to issue refunds for those that dislike the contents once consumed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When will I receive my gin?
Following payment on the 24th of the month, they allow up to a week to get boxes ready for dispatch and delivery in the first week of the following month. If you paid later than the 24th, your box will arrive later in the month. If you’ve just joined - welcome! Depending on when you signed up, you’ll either receive the current box (providing this isn’t sold out) or your plan will start in the following month and they will deliver in the first week of your base month. They will clearly state which box will be your first during checkout. Please note the Royal Mail can take an extra day or two to deliver to addresses within Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Occasionally, depending on local area demand, it can take an additional day to deliver to addresses within the UK mainland
