Quay Australia Discount Codes

Quay discount codes go into the box marked Discount code or gift card in the order summary at checkout, and the total updates as soon as you press Apply. Some of Quay's biggest deals don't need a code at all: multi buy offers are worked out in the basket, and a code typed in on top is usually turned down with a message saying it can't be used with your existing discounts. If a code fails, look for an automatic deal already showing in your basket, and check whether the code needs two or more full priced frames.

• Join the email list: the sign up box on the UK site offers money off a first order to new subscribers.
• Buy in pairs: Quay often runs offers on two or more frames, from a percentage off to a free second pair.
• Clear the free delivery threshold: UK orders above a minimum spend are sent free.
• Spread the cost: Klarna, Afterpay and PayPal let you split the bill into interest free instalments.
• Check the sale: end of season sales cut selected styles with no code needed.

Quay sends UK orders by standard delivery, which can take up to around three weeks, so order in good time before a holiday. Delivery is free above a minimum spend, and smaller orders pay a flat fee. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal, and the checkout also offers Shop Pay alongside Klarna and Afterpay instalments.

Full priced sunglasses, blue light glasses and accessories can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as they haven't been worn and come back in a resaleable state with the original case and tags. To start a return, email Quay's customer care team with your name and order number. Items marked final sale can't be sent back, and if a free item came with your order as part of a promotion, it has to be returned too when you return the item that earned it.

Frames are covered against manufacturing faults for 12 months and accessories for 90 days. Scratches, accidental damage and normal wear, including marks on mirrored lenses, aren't covered.

Quay's shapes run large, and the same style can look very different on a smaller face, so the virtual try on is worth a minute before you buy. There is a Try On Virtually button on the product photos and a Virtual Try On link in the main menu.

The filters on each collection page narrow things down by frame size, frame shape, coverage, fit type, lens type and colour. Many styles are sold with a choice of standard or polarised lenses at different prices, and bestsellers such as High Key also come in an extra large size. If you wear glasses, the prescription range carries Rx versions of several frames.

Every pair comes with a case, and the returns policy asks for that case and the tags to come back with anything you return, so hold on to the packaging until you are happy with the fit.

If you like Quay's fashion led styles, Hawkers is another sunglasses brand worth a browse, while Ray-Ban is the place for classic aviators and square frames. SmartBuyGlasses stocks a long list of designer frames if you want to compare several labels in one place.
