How old do I need to be to book a holiday?
You must be 18 years old at the time of booking and have the legal capacity and authority to book the holiday as the lead name.
Passengers under 18 years old can travel on a package holiday with them as long as the lead name on the booking also travels on the booking and is over the age of 18.
Just so you know, individuals over the age of 18, and who are the lead passenger on the booking, will be held responsible for all passengers on the booking and for all payments due to them.
Please see their Booking Conditions for more information.
I don’t live in the UK - can I book with you?
If you live outside the UK, you can book just a flight or a hotel with them. However, you can’t book a package holiday. This is because you need a valid UK address and UK-registered credit or debit card to make the booking.
How much will it cost to transfer my holiday?
This varies depending on the type of holiday you’ve booked, and how far in advance you’re making the change. Please take a look at their Booking Conditions for more details.
What packages are eligible?
In order to be eligible for Direct Debit, your holiday booking needs to be made at least 182 days - 26 weeks - before departure. Direct Debit is available on most holidays.
What happens to my Direct Debit payments and refunds if I cancel?
This will work the same as other holiday payments. If you cancel your booking, you will receive the refund you’re due, based on their standard booking terms and conditions.
What is the payment method?
They accept Maestro (formerly Switch), Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Visa debit, Delta, Cheques, Direct Debit, and PayPal.
