What is Firebox's shipping policy?
Free Delivery - with mainland UK orders over £50: Within 2-3 working days, you will receive Firebox's free shipping service. Your package will be delivered by courier and will need to be signed for. As soon as your shipment leaves Firebox's warehouse, you will receive an email with all of the information you want.
Standard Delivery - Tracked - £3.99: Yodel or Royal Mail deliver orders placed using Firebox's regular service (depending on where you are). It should arrive in your hands within 2-3 business days and will require your signature. P.S. Firebox make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours (depending on what time you placed yours).
Standard Delivery - Tracked - £3.99: Yodel 24 delivers orders placed through Firebox's Express service. It will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday the following working day (if ordered before 3:00 p.m. on a weekday). It will also require a signature. Once it has left Firebox's warehouse, you will receive an email with all of the information you require.
What is Firebox's returns policy?
Firebox offers a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days to request a return after receiving your goods. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please email Firebox at info@firebox.com. Firebox will email you a return mailing label as well as instructions on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted. Firebox will not accept items returned to Firebox without first requesting a return.
The procedure is slightly different if you live outside of the UK and your item is damaged or undesirable. You cover the first cost of return because international post offices don't recognise Firebox's Freepost address; don't worry, you'll be reimbursed once it's back in Firebox's hands (up to a limit of £7 per kg). Please save all receipts for any money you've paid so Firebox can figure out how much to refund you.
What is Firebox's refunds policy?
Once Firebox has received and inspected your return, Firebox will let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If authorised, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
