How much time does it take to deliver?
ao.com offer delivery 7 days a week, including weekends, on all items. You can choose a delivery that suits you. They schedule deliveries from 7 am right through until 7 pm, and when you enter your postcode they will show you all the options available to you at that time.
When can I have my item installed?
ao.com can install in most postcodes 7 days a week, so they can get your product up and running as soon as it arrives. See when they can deliver to you at the checkout.
What if my item is faulty?
If you think your product may be faulty, ao.com will do their best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. They will ask you to provide information on the product and the problem and may suggest an engineer’s visit to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, they will offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
Can I change my delivery date?
If plans change, don’t worry. You can change your delivery date and timeslots for free through ‘My Account’ after you’ve ordered.
Can I return an unpacked item?
ao.com is happy for you to unpack the product and inspect it properly. They will refund you in full for items which haven’t been used if you notify them you wish to return within 100 days of delivery. It’s important you don’t use or install your item because it means the value is reduced and they can’t sell it to someone else. In those cases, they’d deduct up to 50% of its original value from your refund.
