I’ve received a damaged or incorrect item?
Should you receive any items that are incorrect or damaged, please call them on 0845 603 9091 (Monday-Friday, 8.30 am-5 pm) and they will, of course, send a replacement straight away, free of charge. Please download and complete their returns form and return the incorrect or damaged item to the following address:

How can I cancel the order?
If your order was not paid for using Scholastic Rewards, you can reopen it up until 5 am the day after you placed it – or until 5 am the same day if your order is placed between midnight and 5 am. If you would like to change or cancel an order after this time please call them on 0845 603 9091 (Monday-Friday, 8.30 am-5 pm) to find out if this is possible. If the order has already been despatched you can return it to them for a refund within 28 days.
How can I exchange or return?
If you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered then just return it to them within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Please send the items to the address below along with a completed returns form.
