Why is my GAMIVO promo code not working?
If your promo code is not working, try the following steps:
- Use voucher codes intended for your region.
- Check if your GAMIVO voucher code has expired.

Can I use more than one GAMIVO discount code?
Unfortunately, only one GAMIVO discount code may be used per purchase. If you have multiple codes, you can use each code per transaction.

Can I request a refund if I have not used a key?
Absolutely, time limits apply and you can request for your refund if you have not used the product. Just ensure your order does not have an expiry date, as in this case it might not be accepted.
Where will my refund be sent?
Your refund will be sent to the original payment method you used when you made your initial purchase.
When will I receive the key?
The key will be delivered as soon as your payment is registered. The time frame may differ depending on the payment method and your payment provider. It usually does not take more than a few minutes.
Can I have more than one GAMIVO account?
GAMIVO requires you to have one account, unless they authorise you to have more than one account.
Will the key work on a Mac?
Mac offers are always specified on the product page and in the product name. If you do not see that information on the page, you should assume it is only meant for Windows.
Do you need an account to buy keys?
Yes, only registered users can buy products on GAMIVO and registering is easy, you just fill in your email address.
Where do you activate your key?
The Activation Details are available on each product page either by clicking on the Activation Details button or in the description of the product. You may also find the information under the Games tab of the Purchases section of your GAMIVO account. Simply click the button “How to Activate” for detailed instructions.
Can I get a GAMIVO free delivery promo code?
GAMIVO exclusively offers digital products, not physical items like boxes or DVDs. Upon purchase, you will receive your product key within minutes in your GAMIVO account's Purchases section. Simply follow the activation details provided to use the code on the appropriate platform or software.
Why can't I use my GAMIVO student discount?
Please make sure that the product you want to buy qualifies for the student discount promo and you have also met the minimum purchase threshold.
Which payment method is accepted at checkout?
