Amazon Discount Codes

• Start with Today's Deals: the deals page lists daily price drops and Lightning Deals, which run for a few hours or until the stock allocated to them sells out.
• Try Prime before paying: new members get a free trial, and students and 18 to 24 year olds can join Prime at a reduced monthly rate.
• Use Subscribe & Save for essentials: set up repeat deliveries of things like coffee, nappies and cleaning products, and the discount rises when five or more subscribed items arrive in one delivery.
• Check Amazon Resale and the Outlet: returned, open box and used items in Resale, and overstock lines in the Outlet, sell for less than the standard price.
• Tick on-page vouchers: some product pages show a voucher you can tick to knock money off at checkout, so look for it before you add an item to your basket.
• Add a promo code at checkout: enter any Amazon discount code in the gift card and promotion code box on the payment page before you place the order.

• Delivery: orders with enough eligible books dispatched by Amazon qualify for free standard delivery, and other orders show any delivery charge at checkout. Standard delivery usually arrives three to five working days after items are ready to dispatch.
• Prime delivery: Prime members get unlimited One-Day Delivery on eligible items with no minimum spend, and Same-Day delivery in selected postcodes.
• Collection: you can send most parcels to an Amazon Locker or a Counter collection point instead of your home address.
• Payment: Amazon takes debit and credit cards and Amazon gift card balance, and you can add gift cards or promotion codes on the payment page.
• Returns: most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Start the return in Your Orders and choose a drop-off or collection option. Marketplace orders are covered by the A-to-z Guarantee if something goes wrong with a seller.

Amazon runs several programmes alongside its main store, and each one suits a different kind of shopper.

• Amazon Prime: a paid membership with unlimited One-Day Delivery on eligible items, Prime Video, Amazon Music Prime, Prime Reading and early access to member events such as Prime Day. It pays off if you order often.
• Subscribe & Save: for things you buy again and again, such as groceries, toiletries and pet food. Pick how often each item arrives, then skip or cancel a delivery whenever you like.
• Amazon Resale: returned, open box and used items that Amazon checks and grades by condition before selling them for less than new.
• Amazon Outlet: new overstock and clearance lines at reduced prices, spread across most departments.
• Amazon Haul: a separate low price store inside Amazon for fashion, home and tech bits, with its own free delivery threshold.
• Amazon Fresh: grocery delivery from Amazon, with Prime members getting extra perks on eligible orders.
