Appliances Direct accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, and Solo, Amazon Pay, PayPal.
What if I received a faulty product?
It’s rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, Log in to the order tracking portal; you just need your sales order number and email address.
What is the return policy?
Simply contact them within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.
Log into their returns portal to create a return request
They’ll get back to you within 48 hours to authorize the return.
You can then send the product back to them via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
Once they’ve received the product back they’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
If the item has been used or installed they will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

Do you offer a recycling service?
Yes, they can take away your old Appliance for recycling for just £19.95. It’s very difficult to get appliances taken away by the council or at the tip but with their service, they will take it away with them when they deliver your new products.
