What is Appliances Direct‘s return policy?
Have you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item? Or are you dissatisfied with the product? To return your order, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving it.

- Within 48 hours, Appliances Direct will contact you to authorise the return.
- You can then return the product to us through a secure courier service. You’ll need to schedule and pay for the courier, as well as ensure that the product is properly insured and wrapped for the voyage.
If the item has been used or installed, Appliances Direct will only issue a partial refund to account for the product’s lessened value.

What happened to my refund?
Your money is reserved in real-time when your card makes a payment. This is shown as a pending or pre-authorised payment by your bank, and it is assigned to certain goods. After that, you’ll receive a ‘post authorised’ check, and your funds will be deposited into Appliances Direct‘s account. This procedure can take up to three working days in total.
It’s the same process in reverse when Appliances Direct issue a refund. Appliances Direct will notify your bank that Appliances Direct will want to send a refund; a pre-and post-authorisation check will be performed, and your refund will be provided within three working days.
