How can I track my order?
If you have selected any delivery service, except our Click and Collect service, your tracking link will be included in your despatch email. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking for Click and Collect parcels but if you do not receive a collection email from your designated store after 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services team who will be more than happy to assist you.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if your order has been received damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with options to get this fixed.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email please don’t panic. Our system is very busy at the moment which may be preventing a delay. We also ask that you check you have entered your email address correctly and your junk/spam folder. However, if you have placed an order and an order number your order has been successful. You can also check your order confirmation if you are a registered user, this can be found on the order history page of your account.
Do I need an online account to place an online order?
We can confirm that you do not need to have an account to place an order with us. When you check out please select our ‘Guest or New Customer’ option to place an order without creating an account.
I’m having issues placing an order?
If you’re having trouble with the website we’d suggest you try the following:
Firstly, you may need to delete your cookies, you can do this by selecting ‘Tools or ‘History’ on your internet browser. Once you’ve cleared your cookies, close and reopen your browser and revisit our website. You should be able to use it without any more problems. If you’re still having problems, get in touch, with as much detail as you can about the issue, along with any screenshots or error messages you’re getting and what browser you are using.
Can I add an item to my order or amend it after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend the order in any way. If you wish to purchase another item, this would need to be processed in a separate order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
They are pleased to announce their new telephone ordering line where their customer services team are happy to assist their customers by placing an order for them and assisting them with any styling queries they may have.
What is the payment method?
Monsoon accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
What international payment methods do Monsoon accept?
They do offer a range of payment options at the check out which is specific to your country. They can pay in the currency of your choice at the check-out-selected countries only.

Why can’t I choose to click and collect?
You may not be able to select Click and Collect delivery due to one or more of the items you wish to order is only available via their Concierge Fashion Finder Service. This is when an item is no longer in stock at their warehouse, but they can source it from a UK store.
What is Monsoon online returns policy?
Send them exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the product seal is broken (where applicable), or labels removed they will not be able to refund you. Get them back to within 30 days of receipt (14 days for outlet or sale pieces) Include your despatch note as proof of purchase.
