Coccinelle accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sofort, JCB, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Once an order has been confirmed, they cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or any changes can be made.

How long does a package take to be shipped after an order is placed?
They aim to ship orders as soon as possible and usually within 2 working days.
The estimated delivery times are only a guide. They accept no responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.
How do I track the status of my order?

If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section. If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section, available here.
Is my delivery insured?
All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the products have been delivered to the specified shipping address and the person accepting them has signed, they are no longer insured. If the package arrives damaged, they recommend that you refuse delivery or write a note when signing that specifies that you are accepting a damaged package.
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
They require proof of delivery for every order. This means that they cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature.
Can I make an exchange?
Products purchased from their online store cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your item or the size is incorrect, they invite you to initiate a return and then proceed to place a new order.
How long will it take to get a refund?
They will refund you within 30 working days from the date that they receive your return at their warehouse and they will notify you by email. In the event of orders that are cancelled before they are shipped, the refund will be made within 3 working days from the cancellation date.
If your order was shipped outside the EU, they cannot refund your custom duties and taxes: they suggest contacting your local Customs Office, which could help you recover those costs.
