Hismith accepts VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Order will be despatched 1-2 working days after they receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping7-10 Business Days & Expedited Shipping 4-7 Business Days) you select. Please note that some orders go through their fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. They are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

Hismith does not support tracking orders directly on their website. Please email service@hismith.co.uk with the email you used to place your order to track the tracking number. They will reply to you within a working day.

They realize there may be some cases when an order needs to be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, they require that you contact them via Email(service@hismith.co.uk) for a cancellation number. Once your package has been shipped, you will be charged 30% of the order amount for processing fee and shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the products they sell they DO NOT TAKE RETURNS for any reason. No refunds are provided for any reason. If an item is deemed defective they will replace the item with the same exact item for a period of 7 days of the receipt of the order. Their return policy is strict so you can feel confident you are receiving brand new merchandise and they are able to continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry.
