How to set up a Kuoni wedding list?
Pay online: Enter the account number on the Kuoni Gift List announcement card and make a secure payment. Guests can also leave a personal message with their contribution.
Pay by phone: Guests can call 0130 674 4444 between 9:00 am-6:00 pm Monday to Friday, or 9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday and tell the gift list team how much they would like to contribute. Guests should have the gift list number handy, as well as their debit or credit card.

How to plan a Kuoni holiday?
Changes or additions to your holiday
If customers want to change any part of their holiday arrangements after the invoice has been issued, Kuoni will do their best to assist but it may not be possible. Any request for changes must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking or their travel agent. If it is possible to make the change, it will be subject to an administration charge of Β£50 per booking and payment of any further costs incurred by Kuoni as a result of the change. Customers should be aware that any such costs are likely to increase, the closer to the departure date the changes are made. If Kuoni agrees that the booking may be changed to a holiday of lower value and then that holiday is cancelled, Kuoni reserves the right to levy cancellation charges on the value of the original booking. Scheduled airlines normally regard name changes as a cancellation and rebooking, so any alteration may incur a 100% cancellation charge in respect of the airfare. Please note that save for the transfer of a booking or the addition of any offers made by Kuoni which were not requested at the time of booking, it will not be possible to make changes within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.

Transferring bookings
Customers can transfer their booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving Kuoni notice in writing at least 7 days before departure. Both parties are jointly liable for paying all costs incurred by Kuoni in making the transfer. Additionally, an administration charge will be made of Β£50 per person for requests made more than 61 days (or 100 days cruise, 180 days world cruise) before departure, and Β£100 per person within 61 days (or 100 days cruise, 180 days world cruise) before departure. For flight inclusive bookings, customers must pay the charges levied by the airline concerned. As most airlines do not permit name changes after tickets have been issued for any reason, these charges are likely to be the full cost of the flight. If customers request to change all names on a booking, this will be considered as a cancellation and a new booking and full cancellation charges will apply.
Cancelling your holiday
If anyone on the holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday, the lead name or their travel agent must notify Kuoni of the decision in writing as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. Cancellation will take effect from the day written confirmation is received by Kuoni. A cancellation invoice will be sent within 7 days. If customers do not receive this, please contact Kuoni immediately in order to prevent an increase in charges. Customers may also check that their booking has been cancelled on Kuoniβs website, www.kuoni.co.uk. Should customers already be in receipt of their airline tickets please also return these to Kuoni along with the cancellation request. Since Kuoni incur costs in cancelling travel arrangements, the following scale of charges will be payable. Insurance premiums and amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation. References to the deposit include all sums paid or payable at the time of booking.

NB: In some instances, airline ticketing deadlines may result in higher cancellation charges being applied to the booking. Similarly, hotels may charge a higher cancellation fee and customers may therefore be charged a higher amount than detailed above. Amendment and cancellation charges for bookings containing cruising elements will be applied in line with the cruise providerβs own booking conditions. These could be up to 100% of the total holiday cost and may vary between cruise providers.

What is the cost of the Kuoni deposit?
The deposit for every holiday is Β£175 per passenger or 10% of the total holiday cost whichever is greater. An additional deposit may be required for some Kuoni holidays such as weddings, cruises or for some airlines. Details of any additional deposit will be provided at the time of booking the holiday. If customers choose a deposit payment rather than full payment when they book their holiday with Kuoni, the balance payment will be due 61 days before travelling.
What is my baggage allowance?
The baggage allowance will depend on the airline, class of travel and itinerary and will be shown on the tickets which customers will receive 10/14 days prior to departure. In the meantime, customers can visit the airlineβs website for the most up to date information or contact their local Personal Travel Expert.
If I have to cancel my booking, how should I inform Kuoni?

When will I receive my holiday tickets and itinerary?
All holiday documentation will be sent either to customers or their Personal Travel Expert around 10-14 days before the departure date.
Can I request a particular room number or location of a room at my hotel?
Kuoni is more than happy to pass a request to the hotel for a particular room number or location at the property if this room number or location is within the category of room that customers have booked with Kuoni. All special requests are subject to availability and Kuoni cannot guarantee that the request will be accommodated. If Kuoni is informed that the requested room location or number does not fall into the room category they have booked, Kuoni will contact customers to make them aware and offer them the option, subject to availability and relevant costs, of changing the category of room that they have booked.
How can I arrange assistance at the airport or on my flight?
If customers require special assistance at the airport or on their flight, they should please contact their Personal Travel Expert.
Is a Kuoni Plus offer guaranteed?
Any offers that Kuoni show in their brochures are guaranteed unless they state that an offer is subject to availability. When the offer of a room upgrade is mentioned in Kuoni Plus, it is not necessarily an upgrade to the next category featured in the brochure, but usually an upgrade to the next category of room available within the hotel. Any room or meal plan upgrades offered will be given on arrival in the resort. On the itinerary shown on the invoice, the room or meal type shown will be the room or meal type that customers have paid for.
